The following terms of service (these "Terms and Conditions"), govern your access to and use of the Gafah website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.gafah.com (the "Site") by FREELANCER PORTAL LLC.

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms and Conditions when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Site.This Site is offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 you may not use this Site or the Gafah services. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

Our Customer Support team is available 24/7 if you have any questions regarding the Site or Terms of Service. Contacting our Customer Support team can be performed by submitting a request.

Key Terms

Buyers are users who purchase services on Gafah.

Custom Offers are exclusive proposals that a Seller can create in response to specific requirements of a Buyer.

Custom Orders are requests made by a Buyer to receive a Custom Offer from a Seller.

Disputes are disagreements experienced during an order between a Buyer and Seller on Gafah.

Balance is the aggregated amount of your Revenue as a Seller and/or returned payments from canceled orders as a Buyer.

The coupon is electronic a discount coupon that Gafah may provide users to be used only for purchases on Gafah, subject to these Terms of Service or any other applicable laws and/or terms.

Extras are additional services offered on top of the Seller Proposal/Service for an additional price defined by the Seller.

Packages or Fixed Price allows Sellers to offer services in different formats and prices. Packages can include upgrades, which lets Sellers price their service for a basic price of over AED 18 or Fixed Price per Proposal/Service

Page is where the Seller can describe their Proposal/Service terms, and the Buyer can purchase the Proposal/Service and create an order.

Proposal/Service are services offered on Gafah.

Order Page is where Buyers and Sellers communicate with each other in connection with an ordered Proposal/Service.

Orders are the formal agreement between a Buyer and Seller after a purchase was made from the Seller Proposal/Service.

Payment Services Provider(s) are service providers that provide payment services to Buyers and Sellers in connection with the Gafah platform, including with respect to collection of funds from Buyers in connection with the purchase of Proposal/Service ,remittance and withdrawal of funds to Sellers in connection with completed Orders.

Revenue is the money that Sellers earn from completed orders and can either withdraw or use to purchase Proposal/Service on Gafah, subject to these Terms.

Sellers are users who offer and perform services through Proposal/Service on Gafah.

Refund Policy

Gafah does automatically refund payments made for cancelled orders back to your payment provider as following:

Payment refunds (i.e. refunds directly to your payment provider) can be performed by our Customer Support team, based on the Orders original payment amount and currency. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the total amount of times users can request a payment provider refund, which is subject to review by our Customer Support team. Such refunds may be subject to an additional fee.

Gafah Main Policy

1- Only registered users may buy and sell on Gafah NO COMMISSION RATE AND NO PROCESSING FEES

2- Proposal on Gafah may be offered at a base starting price of AED 5. Some Proposal/service are offered at a base price of more than AED 5 as determined by the Seller.

3- Buyers pay Gafah in advance to create an order

4- Orders are purchased through the Order Now button found on a Seller’s Proposal/Service the page or through a Custom Offer.

5- Sellers must fulfill their orders, and may not cancel orders on a regular basis or without cause. Cancelling orders will affect sellers’ reputation and status.

6- Sellers gain account statuses (Levels) based on their performance and reputation. Advanced levels provide their owners with benefits, including offering services for higher prices through Proposal/Service Extras, or selling their Proposal/Service in multiples.

7- Users MUST not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through Gafah.com.

8- Buyers are granted all rights for the delivered work, unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Proposal/Service page.

9-  Gafah retains the right to use all published delivered works for Gafah marketing and promotion purposes.

10- Sellers must accept the coupon that Gafah provided to their users.

11- Buyer/Seller MUST NOT exchange phone numbers, emails, or any other way of communication other than Gafah message system, violation of this will lead to cancellation of your account from Gafah website.

Disputes and Cancellations

We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails after using the Resolution Center or if you encounter non-permitted usage on the Site, users can contact Gafah Customer Support department for assistance. 

Privacy Policy

At Freelancers Portal LLC, we care about your privacy, and we do our best to ensure your information is safe. We follow a set of rules and principles to ensure the protection of your privacy such as:

  • We do not release or give out your personal information to any third party companies

  • We do not share information without consent

  • We secure and protect any personal information provided to us

How we collect information

Freelancers Portal LLC provides a method to bring businesses to freelancers that can benefit them. Our network allows for registered employers and freelancers to connect in order for employers to find sufficient workers via our account manager and freelancers to find particular jobs. By visiting our site, you may need to enter some information, you agree that you are releasing a few specific rights to other perusal information which is explained below.

When visiting our site, you are providing two types of information: personal information you choose to provide and website information that is collected by us, neither of which is permitted by the company to be released or shared without the users consent or acknowledgment of release to any third-parties. When you sign up with our company, whether it be as a business/employer or a freelancer/worker, you are agreeing to provide personal information such as your name, email address, and physical address. In addition, when creating your personalized employer or freelancer profile, you are asked to provide or enter information such as skills, prior experience, education, etc.

When using the website, personal information regarding website usage is collected through non-identifiable information as well, for instance, IP address. This stores information from your searches by using cookies, or a piece of data that provide information about the user. These cookies are only enabled when logged in and are deleted when the browser is closed. Cookies are also used to store your login information other than your password to make the login process easier. You have the option to opt out of cookie usage on your browser.

All information provided and collected is used and owned by the company only.

How the information is used

The information that is provided to us is for business use only and we do not sell or give out without consent of the user. When registering with the company, you agree to the Privacy Policy and terms and in turn agree that some information can be accessed by other users, such as your username. No any sensitive information will be share with anyone.

Your IP address is stored solely for admin purposes in order to spot server problems, keep track of patterns and trends, and designate popular spots on the site. These IP addresses do not reveal any personal or identifiable information but are instead used to gather and assess broad demographic information.

Our use of Google Analytics

With the implementation of Google Analytics, we are able to keep track of website activity such as views on pages and time spent browsing. This information does not reveal any personal information and is displayed as numbers that have no tracking ability.

With these analytics, we are able to see what pages and information provide for a higher conversion rate and thus provide valuable information on how to use our budget on advertisement.

Our site contains links to third-party website that have their own privacy policies and are not connected to our policies in any way. Because of this, we encourage our clients to review their privacy policy prior to using their services.

Privacy and Security

Our company takes privacy and security serious and thus follows the protocols to protect our user information. Our company utilizes various privacy practices so that our users have complete peace of mind. Any transaction that is completed on our site is done through a SSL session, otherwise known as a Secure Socket Layer. The SSL encrypts all data from transactions in order to prevent and protect from data theft while also protecting information from third-party sites or sellers. When visiting a secured page, a lock icon will be displayed. On top of this, all registered user information is protected within our company and the servers that hold this information in a secure and protected environment.

Communication that is mandatory

In order to verify registration, every new user is sent a verification email. We also send announcement to registered users which are not able to be unsubscribed from. In order to provide requested services, we will contact registered users through email or phone call.

Communication that is optional

One form of optional communication is the monthly e-newsletter that provides product/service information and announcements. These newsletters can be opted-out of through registering or account information.

Change Notifications

This Privacy notification can be changed or modified at any point in time. To stay up-to-date with the current policy, we recommend you checking frequently. Any change will become active once posted to this page.


We may use Social Logins that provide for a singular sign-on by using information from outside social sites. For the betterment and benefit of all registered users, reviews are displayed on the profiles of both employers and freelancers. This disclosure is used to make the best decisions for both accepting jobs and finding freelancers.

Trademark and Copyright

As stated in the Terms of Service, any content on this website such as images, graphics, designs, audio/video clips, etc are the sole property of our company and are protected by the U.S. and international intellectual property laws as well as the treaty provisions. These include laws and rights relating to patents, trade secrets, and names, trademarks, copyrights, services, moral rights, etc.

As you are subject to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Service, you are giving up your right to rent, license, sublicense, lease, sell, etc. any information to any third-party. In addition, you are not allowed to create your own products based on the content provided as well as copy or modify the content. You are prohibited from taking any action that threatens the enjoyment of any registered user or the rights of our website and its licensors. Lastly, you are agreeing to not dispose of any data that could compete with us or use the content from the company for any purpose that goes against our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

You are not granted any right to create or develop any product that is based on content that is accessed through our site. You are only authorized to use materials that are created on this site for your own needs as long as it does not surpass the approval of our regulations. By registration in gafah.com the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, you are agreeing to pertain to all policies, disclosures, and protection above and are subject to any authorization or repercussions that result from not pertaining to the above policies.

Withdrawal methods as following:-

1- Withdraw to your PayPal account 

2- Western Union transfer will include WU fees AED 15.75 

3- International Bank transfer will include fees AED 26.25
